BEST FILM COVID-19

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES for (COVID-19) You should only submit your film if it was created during your self-isolation due to COVID-19. The short film sce, if possible, not been published or screened yet (including social media and video platforms) . a good story and your cellphone camera can be more than enough. Submitted works can be up to 75 minutes long

BEST Feature Film

Film completion time: After January 1st, 2018. The registered film must be a completely finished film. All films shall not contain any elements that are hostile to other countries, cause religious or ethnic conflicts etc, and shall not cover pornography, violence and racial discrimination

Running time for all feature films must be 70 minutes or more Film submissions in a foreign language must be subtitled in English.
